Once your order has been completed, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS. When placing an online order, both your billing and shipping addresses must match for order processing. The processing time for all orders is 3 business days before your order ships. All orders are shipped through FedEx and a tracking number is sent to the email address provided. Once your package is released to the courier, Divine Allure is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact FedEx and provide them with your information to file a lost shipment report. If you have received an inaccurate order such as the wrong length, quantity, texture, unit or hair care products. Please contact the Divine Allure Staff for further assistance. (504)920-7031
